<p>Cancelling and rescheduling meetings can be a nightmare.  In part with our release of TimeTrade 6, we have a new hassle free way for anyone to cancel or reschedule any meetings they book with you.  When someone books a meeting with you, they will receive a confirmation email giving them the opportunity to cancel or reschedule a meeting.  They will also have this option in the calendar invite they add to their personal calendar!  Both options will bring your user to their confirmed meeting online where they will have the option to cancel their meeting, or reschedule to a new available time on your calendar.  Users will be able to list a reason for the rescheduling and you will receive an email notifying you of the update.  Remember this is a new feature included with our new TimeTrade 6 update.  <strong>If you haven&#8217;t switched over yet, <a title="Learn About TimeTrade 6" href="http://www.timetrade.com/click-to-schedule-interface" target="_blank">click here to learn how!</a></strong></p>

<p><em>&#8220;&#8230;if a company can respond to a lead within 5 minutes of it being generated, versus waiting even 30 minutes, the odds of contacting the person at that company are 100 times higher. More importantly, if a company responds in the same 5 minutes, the odds of  qualifying that person are 21 times higher. <p>We have a lot of clients that offer consulting services, whether they are Life Coaches, Career Coaches, Business Consultants, or Personal Trainers, that need a way to not only schedule meetings with clients by using a <a title="TimeTrade Online Appointment Scheduling" href="http://www.timetrade.com" target="_blank">Click-To-Schedule</a> button, but to bill them as well.  By using Paypal to accept payments from your clients, you can properly charge your clients for your services, and then offer times for them to book with you!</p>
<p>What we are going to do is embed your online availability on the thank you page your clients will see once they have made a payment to you.  Here are the requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>A TimeTrade account and working Activity</li>
<li>A Paypall Business account</li>
<li>Ability to edit HTML of website</li>
<li>A Thank You page when the purchase is finished.</li>
</ul>
<p>First Login to your Paypal account.  Then go to your &#8220;Merchant Services&#8221; tab and then select &#8220;Customize My Buyers&#8217; Experience.&#8221;</p>

<p>This page is where you can customize the buying experience once the transaction is finished in Paypal.  When they submit their payment, they will be redirected to this &#8216;Thank You&#8221; page you can completely customize.  On this page you will want to set &#8220;Auto Return&#8221; to &#8220;ON&#8221; under the &#8220;Auto Return for Website Payments.&#8221;</p>
<p>Then just below that you will want to paste the URL to your thank you page in the &#8220;Return URL&#8221; field.  Finally, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click save!</p>
<p><em>Please Note:  There are strict guidelines on required messages you need to display on your thank you page per the orders of Paypal.  They include messages on the order being completed and that you must reference the email they will receive from Paypal upon completion of the transaction.  Please review their required terms and conditions of the thank you redirect pages.</em></p>
<p>Now on your thank you page you will want to add your calendar so people can book with you.  First you need to find your activity link.  You can find it by logging into <a title="TimeTrade Login Screen" href="http://my.timedriver.com" target="_blank">http://my.timedriver.com</a> and selecting the Activity you want to share.  Copy the activity link and paste it into the code below!</p>

<p><a title="TimeTrade.com" href="http://www.timetrade.com" target="_blank">Online Appointment Scheduling</a> is one of the best ways to connect with prospects and ending the Calling, Chasing, and Waiting game we all find ourselves playing.  Adding a&#8221;Click-To-Schedule&#8221; button to your Facebook page is a great way to engage your leads who are interested right now through social media!  Here is how you can add a &#8220;Click-To-Schedule&#8221; button to your Facebook page.</p>
<p>Before continuing you will have already setup or have:</p>
<ul>
<li>A Facebook Page you are an Administrator of (<em>Kind of Obvious)</em></li>
<li>A TimeTrade Account</li>
<li>A Recurring Activity &amp; Activity Link</li>
</ul>
<p>First, we need to install custom pages to your Facebook page.  We used <a href="http://woobox.com/customtab" target="_blank">WooBox</a> custom tabs which are free.  <a href="http://woobox.com/customtab" target="_blank">Click here to install Woobox tabs.</a> From this page you will see a big button that says &#8220;Install Custom Tabs.&#8221;  CLICK IT!  It will then ask you which page you want to add the custom tabs to.  Select the page you want to add the Click-To-Schedule Button on.</p>

<p>Once it&#8217;s installed you will be brought back to your Facebook page.  You will now see a new tab in your page titled &#8220;Welcome&#8221; with spotlights.  <em>If you have a lot of tabs you may need to expand to see the new tab. </em>Click it and you will be able to select Settings of the new tab.</p>

<p>Next you have a lot of options to edit on the page.  The main options you are going to want to change are:</p>
<ul>
<li>Tab Image</li>
<li>Page Source (<em>Set to HTML</em>)</li>
<li>Tab Name</li>
</ul>

<p>First set the tab image.  If you would like, you can use our custom &#8220;Click-To-Schedule&#8221; button by right clicking and saving the image to your computer.</p>
<p>Next you want to embed your calendar.  Get your activity link by logging into TimeTrade and selecting the activity you want to share.  You will then get the option to copy the link for that activity.</p>
<p>Replace the source URL (<em>eg. https://www.timetrade.com/book/xxxxx</em>) with your activity link</p>
<p>&lt;iframe src=https://www.timetrade.com/book/XXXXX width=&#8221;850&#8243; height=&#8221;600&#8243; frameborder=&#8221;0&#8243;&gt;</p>
<p><em>Please note, you many need to manually type this out for it to render correctly on your page</em></p>
<p>Now just set your Page Title to what you would like it to be and once you save it you can review.</p>

<p>One last step.  If your new custom tab isn&#8217;t listed in the top 4 tabs you can move it up there.  Select to edit the tabs on your page and hover over the Click-To-Schedule tab you just created.  You should see an icon of a pencil show to edit it.  Form that menu you can replace any other tab position with this one.</p>
<p>Now you are done!  You should now see your new custom tab with the image you had set.  This will now click through to your online calendar where people can book with you right from Facebook.</p>
